Associate Software Engineer - AI/ML

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, train, test, and optimize machine learning models tailored for practical applications.
- Assist in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions utilizing machine learning and deep learning methodologies.
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze both structured and unstructured datasets to support model development.
- Utilize libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch effectively.
- Explore and implement Generative AI solutions, including working with Large Language Models (LLMs), APIs, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics, continuously improving accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers and cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into production applications.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and adhere to best practices in code quality, testing, and version control.
- Stay informed about the latest AI/ML technologies, tools, and industry trends to ensure innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Between 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in AI/ML development through professional roles, internships, or relevant projects.
- Strong programming fundamentals with proficiency in Python.
- Working knowledge of essential libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts including supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs, Git version control, and model deployment processes.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
