Associate Software Engineer

We are seeking an Associate Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of our software products while collaborating closely with experienced engineers and mentors. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software features under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and implement effective solutions.
- Write clean, testable, maintainable, and efficient Java code.
- Contribute to building high-performance, scalable, and reliable applications.
- Support API design and implementation using sound object-oriented principles.
- Participate actively in Agile development processes, including Scrum ceremonies and team planning.
- Learn and contribute to full-stack development using TypeScript and Node.js.
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or currently in the final year of study.
- Up to 6 months of software development experience, including internships, academic projects, or personal projects.
- Solid understanding of Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Familiarity with software testing, debugging, and code quality best practices.
- Basic knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Exposure to version control systems like Git and understanding of CI/CD principles.
- Interest in or exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
- Understanding of web technologies and RESTful API development.
- Willingness to learn and work with TypeScript and Node.js.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on software quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.
