We are seeking an Associate Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of our software products while collaborating closely with experienced engineers and mentors. This position offers a valuable opportunity to enhance your technical skills, gain hands-on experience with modern software engineering practices, and build a solid foundation in software design and development. The ideal candidate is passionate about software engineering, eager to apply object-oriented principles and design patterns, and motivated to learn functional programming and test-driven development (TDD). You will work within agile teams, focusing on continuous integration and delivery, and take pride in writing clean, secure, maintainable, and reliable code that performs well in production environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software features under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and implement effective solutions.
- Write clean, testable, maintainable, and efficient Java code.
- Contribute to building high-performance, scalable, and reliable applications.
- Support API design and implementation using sound object-oriented principles and best practices.
- Participate actively in Agile development processes, including Scrum ceremonies and planning.
- Learn and contribute to full-stack development using TypeScript and Node.js.
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or currently in the final year of study.
- Up to 6 months of software development experience, including internships, academic projects, or personal projects.
- Solid understanding of Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Familiarity with software testing, debugging, and code quality practices.
- Basic knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Exposure to version control systems like Git and an understanding of CI/CD principles.
- Interest in or exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
- Understanding of web technologies and RESTful API development.
- Willingness to learn and work with TypeScript and Node.js.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on software quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment.
