Associate Software Engineer - Open Stack

We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Associate Software Engineers to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to six months of experience who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real-world projects. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize web and mobile applications, applying core computer science principles to build scalable and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize web and mobile applications across multiple technology stacks.
- Apply core computer science concepts such as object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and design patterns to create efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to design, implement, and enhance application features.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following industry best practices.
- Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and improve system performance and code quality.
- Participate actively in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to enhance product quality and development processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and devise effective solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with software development best practices.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
