We are looking for a motivated Associate Software Engineer with strong expertise in the Python technology stack to join our team in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a key role in developing and maintaining web applications, building backend services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The role provides an excellent opportunity to work with modern technologies such as React.js, Next.js, Django, and FastAPI, while actively contributing to continuous integration and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js frameworks. Build and enhance backend services with Python, leveraging frameworks like Django and FastAPI. Design, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs to ensure smooth communication between front-end and back-end systems. Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, using ORM tools for efficient data management. Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, including JWT and OAuth protocols. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable software solutions. Contribute to automating build, test, and deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of one year of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in front-end technologies including React.js and Next.js. Strong programming skills in Python with hands-on experience in Django and FastAPI frameworks. Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORM usage. Knowledge of API design principles and integration techniques. Familiarity with authentication and authorization standards such as JWT and OAuth. Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset for working within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
