Associate Software Quality Assurance Engineer

TechnoCares is seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as Associate Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineers. This full-time, on-site position is based in Model Town, Lahore. You will work on diverse projects involving web, mobile, and API testing, gaining hands-on experience in various industry domains such as Automotive, Insurance, and ERP.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Test applications across multiple platforms including Web, Mobile, and APIs.
- Learn and understand business workflows within Automotive, Insurance, and ERP sectors.
- Explore and contribute to QA automation efforts, AI agents, and intelligent testing tools to enhance testing efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- A completed BS (Hons.) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related computing discipline.
- Strong analytical thinking skills combined with an exceptional ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Good communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and fundamental software testing concepts.
