Associate Software Quality Assurance Engineers

We are looking for a motivated Software Quality Assurance (QA) Tester with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through both manual and automated testing. This role demands strong analytical skills, great attention to detail, and effective communication to work closely with developers and product managers throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to verify product functionality and performance.
- Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test cases, scripts, and other testing artifacts, including test data and environments.
- Identify, record, and track bugs or defects using issue-tracking tools such as Jira, Redmine, or Bugzilla.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand product requirements and design corresponding test plans.
- Conduct regression, functional, and usability testing to ensure product stability and enhance user experience.
- Validate bug fixes and troubleshoot issues during release cycles to maintain product quality.
- Communicate test progress, results, and relevant information effectively to stakeholders.
- Actively participate in team meetings, providing feedback on product quality and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
- Familiarity with various testing techniques and methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing; basic knowledge of automated testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, or JMeter is advantageous.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and defect tracking processes.
- Experience using issue tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
