Associate Solution Lead

The Associate Solution Lead role is based in Hyderabad and requires 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. This position is part of the Performance Assurance sub-business unit under the main BUPT division at QualityKiosk Technologies Private Limited. The role focuses on the design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Application Performance Management (APM) tools, with a primary emphasis on Dynatrace. The candidate will work within a dynamic environment, contributing to performance monitoring and assurance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement APM solutions using Dynatrace tools including OneAgent, Synthetic Script, DCRUM Enterprise Synthetic Script, and client automation.
- Configure and maintain Dynatrace environments to ensure optimal application performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance monitoring within development and operational workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues by analyzing data collected through Dynatrace tools.
- Support automation efforts related to performance monitoring and reporting.
- Document processes and provide technical guidance to team members on APM best practices.

Required Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Application Performance Management tools, specifically Dynatrace.
- Proven expertise in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Dynatrace components such as OneAgent and Synthetic Scripts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to application performance and monitoring.
- Experience working in a performance assurance or similar technical environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
