Associate Technical Manager

UTECH HUB is seeking an Associate Technical Project Manager based in Johar Town, Lahore, to join their onsite team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in technical project management or a related technical role. This position requires someone who can take full ownership of project delivery, effectively manage technical teams, and maintain clear communication with clients. The primary goal is to ensure projects are completed on time, meet high-quality standards, and are delivered with minimal bugs.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and team performance to ensure smooth delivery.
- Oversee task completion and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines.
- Maintain strict quality standards before handing over work to clients.
- Coordinate closely with Developers, QA, and other team members to align efforts.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and managing their expectations.
- Identify potential blockers, risks, and scope changes early to mitigate impact.
- Guide developers on technical approaches and promote best development practices.
- Ensure thorough testing, code reviews, proper documentation, and smooth release processes.
- Utilize AI tools effectively to enhance productivity, improve quality, support documentation, and aid problem-solving.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Technical Project Management or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Solid technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, databases, and software architecture.
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to handle client interactions professionally.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead technical teams simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with Salesforce is a strong advantage. Candidates with knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, integrations, sandboxes, deployments, and Salesforce best practices will be highly preferred.
