We are looking for an experienced IT Solution Architect with over 15 years of expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-level IT solutions across a variety of technology stacks. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of architecture strategy, cloud platforms, integration frameworks, and enterprise systems. This role demands a comprehensive perspective on both business and technology, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive end-to-end solution architecture for complex enterprise initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Delivery teams to propose technology solutions, provide accurate estimates, and develop implementation plans for new opportunities and deals.
- Prepare detailed architecture blueprints, solution designs, and integration strategies that support enterprise objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments, managing stakeholder relationships and facilitating collaboration across distributed onshore and offshore teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI/GenAI and Agentic AI platforms, and recommend adoption strategies to enhance enterprise capabilities.
- Oversee application modernization efforts, legacy system transformations, and cloud-native development initiatives.
- Ensure security architecture compliance, including identity management protocols such as OAuth2 and SAML, while maintaining adherence to relevant standards.
- Utilize hands-on experience with modeling tools like ArchiMate, Enterprise Architect, and Visio to communicate complex architectural concepts effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years of IT experience, with demonstrated prior roles as a Technical or Solution Architect.
- Proven expertise in enterprise architecture, solution design, and system integration.
- Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proficiency in microservices architecture, API management, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub, and Terraform.
- Knowledge of data architecture involving relational and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Experience with security architecture and compliance standards relevant to enterprise IT environments.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Certifications in cloud platforms, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert, are highly desirable.
- Experience working with AI/GenAI, Agentic AI platforms, large language models (LLMs), and their integration with on-premises and cloud-native systems.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex technical landscapes.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing distributed teams and fostering collaboration across organizational levels.
