Asst. Manager Financial Reporting

This opportunity is ideal for candidates holding ACCA Affiliate, CMA, or an MBA in Finance qualifications. Please note that CA candidates are not required for this role. The position is based in Lahore at NASTP and requires on-site work. We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Reporting who possesses strong finance fundamentals along with practical experience in accounting, financial reporting, and ERP systems. The role primarily focuses on supporting financial reporting and accounting operations, with a significant emphasis on the setup, implementation, and stabilization of the Odoo ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting entries to ensure financial data integrity.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and KPI dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements, ledgers, vendor accounts, and control accounts.
- Support month-end closing activities, including variance analysis and comprehensive financial reporting.
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing and maintaining required documentation.
- Lead or support the Odoo Finance module setup, including configuration of chart of accounts, journals, taxes, cost centers, workflows, and reporting structures.
- Coordinate with internal teams and Odoo consultants during the ERP implementation process to ensure smooth execution.
- Support data migration, system testing, user control setups, and post-implementation stabilization efforts.
- Process and reconcile therapist payments in accordance with contractual terms.
- Identify discrepancies in financial data and recommend improvements to finance processes and reporting accuracy.

Required Qualifications

- ACCA Affiliate, CMA, or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, reporting, or ERP-based operations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP or similar systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel with strong analytical skills.
- Solid knowledge of reconciliations, month-end closing procedures, and internal controls.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ownership mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
