An ideal candidate must have 1 - 3 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing of Medical Products. Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply. *Candidates must own a Bike.
- Identifies business opportunities in relation to retention and growth strategies. Complete market & competitor analysis to penetrate in key Government & private accounts.Build customer relations and rapport.
- Responsible for marketing of products by conducting in-service and promotional activities.
- Responsible for developing education and training programs and conducting comprehensive user training and also provide technical assistance to all existing customers.
- He will be responsible for market research and customer universe updatation of assigned territory.
- Achieved sales target and business development function in identifying, engaging and growing new customers.
- He will collaborate with the marketing team to plan sales promotions and product communications.
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction
- Support local teams in the execution of activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives
- Responsible for providing information on activity in the marketplace, this includes competitor analysis and product assessment.
- Worked with team to execute team objectives and goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Lab Technology or Pharma. D or any health care-related field.
- Experienced or Fresh Candidate (0 to 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical and health care related firms).
- Proven experience as Product Specialist or similar role
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach
