Responsibilities

  • Keep front desk presentable with all necessary material
  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

Requirements

  • Intermediate or Bachelor degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  • Work experience as a Front Office Representative or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
