The position will be responsible to ensure and carry out overall Admin & HR related tasks for smooth operations and achievement of organizational objective.
- You are expected to deal with Employees and business admin affairs.
- Manage HRIS system
- Assist in recruiting through social media and other resources.
- Take care of daily HR operations, sending offer letter, onboarding, documentation, orientation, offboarding.
- Handle Employee’s grievances and adequate grip on house rule.
- Organize any corporate events, lunch/dinner, trips or any other activities.
- Take care of sensitive, emotional and well being topics of the employees
- Maintain attendance record and fetching data from Bio-metric machine
- Hands on experience of payroll system, final settlements, ESSI & EOBI
- Be fluent in spoken English and expert in written English
- Be a self-starter, self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision.
- You must be excellent at interpersonal communication, and able to communicate complex technical issues, with good presentation skills.
