Will be responsible for answering customer calls.
Completing a trouble ticket and submitting to our Senior CSR staff for review and follow up.
The candidate will need to thoroughly collected the required data from the customer along with the concerns and advise customer that they will get a follow up within 24 hours of. submission of the request..
Ability to use simple navigation of the internet to find data.
Experience using Google Sheets is a must.
Easily adapts to changes in processes as needed.
Attention to detail.
Excellent accuracy in data entry.
English fluency speaking is a must requirement.
5 Days a week only. (Saturday & Sunday off).
Night Shift Only.
