RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Schedule and complete all the tasks assigned in a timely manner.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- Join us to keep our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied!
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric or Above
- Fluent in English
- Call Handling Freshers (male/female) are highly encouraged to apply.
- Experience in outbound sales, preferably in a dispatch campaign is preferred.
- Ability to understand and communicate in a clear and concise manner.
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
Paid Holidays
Timings: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Training will be provided by the Company.
Salary: Basic 30,000 up to 60,000 with handsome commission.
