Atta Chemical seeks an experienced Dae Chemical professional to lead operations in our sulfuric acid plant. The ideal candidate has over six years of continuous experience as a plant operator specializing in chemical process design and managing sulfuric acid production. This role involves overseeing the daily functioning of the sulfuric acid plant, ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and process optimization. The position requires a deep understanding of chemical plant processes and the ability to manage complex plant systems effectively in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will lead a team of 10 personnel, coordinating activities to maintain continuous and safe operations. You will be responsible for monitoring process parameters, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements that align with company standards. This position demands hands-on supervision, technical know-how, and the capability to work collaboratively with other departments to meet production targets and uphold high-quality standards.
Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the sulfuric acid plant to ensure smooth and continuous processes.
Lead and supervise a team of 10 plant operators and technicians, providing guidance and support.
Design and optimize chemical processes to improve plant efficiency and product quality.
Monitor and control plant equipment and systems to maintain operational safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
Identify and troubleshoot operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production targets.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure proper upkeep and timely repairs of plant machinery and equipment.
Maintain detailed records of operational data, process changes, and safety incidents for reporting and analysis.
Implement safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for all plant personnel.
Train and develop team members to enhance their technical skills and operational knowledge.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall manufacturing objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
