We are seeking a full-time, on-site Audio Visual Sales Specialist based in Karachi. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in premium audio, home cinema, multi-room audio, and integrated AV solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs, preparing detailed proposals and quotations, managing ongoing client relationships, coordinating projects, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. This position operates during morning shifts and offers a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to assess their audio visual requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company’s AV sales division.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in premium audio and integrated AV systems to provide informed recommendations.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience in the audio visual or related technology sector.
- Educational qualification of Matriculation or Intermediate level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Ability to work full-time on-site during morning shifts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with premium audio, home cinema, multi-room audio, and integrated AV solutions is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with project coordination and client relationship management in a sales environment.
- Competitive salary package ranging from PKR 20,000 to 40,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
