Audit & Accounts Officer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting internal audit processes. This position demands a proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within a dynamic environment. The role involves managing company databases, preparing and verifying financial data, updating standard operating procedures, and delivering timely reports to management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain comprehensive information within the company database.
- Prepare and review financial records to guarantee accuracy and adherence to regulations.
- Perform detailed internal audits to detect discrepancies and recommend improvements.
- Maintain and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to accounting activities.
- Produce precise and timely financial reports for management evaluation.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Strong mental arithmetic skills for fast and accurate calculations.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- High degree of honesty and integrity when handling sensitive financial information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess own vehicle for commuting between multiple office locations.

Job Details:
- Working hours are from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM or 10:00 PM.
- This is a full-time, on-site position.
- Salary ranges between Rs. 55,000 and Rs. 65,000 per month.

- Hi Volts, Civic Center, Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi
- Hi Volts, Giga Mall, DHA Phase 2, Islamabad
