We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing, particularly within the textile industry, and possess the ability to plan, conduct, and close audits efficiently while maintaining high professional standards. This role requires excellent organizational and analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office and SAP, and a commitment to accuracy and integrity in all audit activities. The position is full-time and based on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute process audits according to the approved annual audit plan, including reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), assessing controls, and conducting compliance testing.
- Maintain thorough and accurate audit documentation, including working papers, evidence, data, and supporting records to ensure audit trails are complete.
- Perform follow-up audits and manage Corrective Action Request (CAR) activities within specified timelines to ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
- Participate in special audits and investigations such as incident investigations and operational reviews, contributing to continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) or an MBA from an HEC-recognized university.
- Professional certification at least at the intermediate level, such as ACMA, CA, or ICMA.
- Minimum of 3 years of internal audit experience, preferably within the textile sector, or completion of an articleship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP software.
- Strong organizational, analytical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to plan, conduct, document, and close audits in line with approved audit plans, procedures, and timelines.
- High attention to detail and professional integrity.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with SAP is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
