The Audit Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi. This role is responsible for leading audit engagements from initial planning through to completion, ensuring that all audit activities comply with firm methodologies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements. The Audit Supervisor will manage audit teams by allocating tasks, reviewing working papers, and maintaining high-quality deliverables. Coordination with clients to understand their business processes and risks is a key aspect of the role, along with performing detailed financial analyses to identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements. The position also involves preparing and reviewing audit reports, management letters, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Additionally, the Audit Supervisor will mentor junior team members, supporting their technical growth and contributing to the continuous enhancement of audit quality and internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory standards.
- Allocate tasks and supervise audit teams, reviewing working papers and audit documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their business processes, risks, and internal controls.
- Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify control deficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Prepare, review, and finalize audit reports, management letters, and other deliverables with clarity and precision.

Required Qualifications
- Prior professional experience at a Chartered Accountancy (CA) firm is mandatory.
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in accounting and finance, including relevant reporting and auditing standards.
- Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting financial statements in compliance with applicable frameworks and regulations.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing audit reports and related documentation for diverse client engagements.
- Advanced analytical skills to assess financial data, evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or equivalent; part-qualified or finalist candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
- Experience in external audit at a reputable firm, preferably in a supervisory or senior role managing audit teams and engagements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
