Auditor —Grocery Store

Sachi Chakki Khidmat, a reputable grocery retail and delivery service established in 1990, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Auditor to oversee inventory management, stock control, and operational compliance across its branches and warehouse in Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate inventory records, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining smooth stock operations to support the company’s ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of assigned branches and warehouse operations to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain proper stock control by checking product quantities daily.
- Ensure adherence to product-wise minimum and maximum stock limits as set by the company.
- Identify and report stock shortages, excess stock, and any inventory discrepancies to management promptly.
- Maintain accurate audit records and prepare detailed reports on findings.
- Coordinate with branch staff and management to address audit outcomes and implement corrective actions.
- Perform audits across assigned zones, branches, and warehouse locations as required.
- Follow company inventory control procedures rigorously to maintain operational integrity.
- Travel between branches when necessary, with fuel and travel expenses covered by the company.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in auditing, inventory management, or stock control.
- Age between 20 and 45 years.
- Strong understanding of inventory and stock control processes.
- Good numerical and analytical skills with the ability to accurately identify discrepancies.
- Basic knowledge of audit procedures and stock record maintenance.
- Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented with excellent observation skills.
- Willingness to travel between branches as part of job duties.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Performance-based target incentives up to Rs. 15,000, linked to three key performance targets including inventory and stock control.
- One primary target involves strict monitoring of product limits and inventory control, ensuring minimum and maximum stock levels are maintained daily.
- Competitive basic salary ranging from Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 45,000 per month, with final salary based on experience and qualifications.
- Work schedule involves 12-hour shifts, with three paid leaves provided monthly.

- Official travel and fuel expenses for required inter-branch travel are reimbursed.
