AugmentCare is aiming to revolutionize the way healthcare is delivered in Pakistan. AugmentCare strives to digitize everything in healthcare from electronic medical records to booking appointments and making insurance claims - meaning no hassle and no problems. We strongly believe that a better future should be on your smartphone screen-or more precisely, in the palm of your hand.

We are looking for a full-time, in-house, General Practitioner with the up-to-date medical knowledge to answer any queries on the platform.

You will be working with the Marketing Team by having live video sessions, Q&A sessions and articles. With your creativity and knowledge, we aim to effectively convey Augment Care’s message to our target audience.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for handling all incoming patient’s medical queries on the platform appropriately within the realm of knowledge

  • Providing medical expertise to generate applicable medical and health-related content

  • Incorporate changes recommended by the marketing team

  • Help identify process improvements and best practices for the team

  • Meet or exceed performance expectations including but not limited to productivity and accessibility.

  • Fully cooperate with all monitoring and coaching activities to improve personal skills and performance results

What you’ll need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to understand and convey information clearly

  • Ability to solve problems and effective decision-making skills
