Job Purpose:
Expense Management of H.O.
Main Responsibilities:
- Checking & Verification of Expenses of H.O, Sales team & Regional offices(RCS)
- Assist in verification payroll management (Group Level)
- Preparation of expenses disbursement letters (RCS), maintain monthly group expenses status & reports.
- Preparation of FOs salaries & performance evaluation (RCS), and withheld report.
- FOs recruitment (personal record management - RCS)
- Final settlements processing (ACE/RCS)
- Prepare appointment letters (RCS)
- Verification & processing of vehicle R&M request (Group Level)
- Assist in preparation of vehicle authority letters & handling taking over vehicles.
- Reports as and when required by Manager HR.
