We are currently hiring a dedicated Branch Manager for our Multn IVF Clinic. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our center and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the center
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team and create a collaborative and positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain quality standards in all aspects of the center's operations
- Ensure the maintenance and inspection of the assets
- Implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and engagement
- Coordinate with the Head office to align goals and share best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, staff, and stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment and handle multiple priorities effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
