Authenticom seeks a skilled Technical Integration & Data Services Contractor with at least two years of experience in technical support, software implementation, API integration, data engineering, or related fields. This role involves hands-on work supporting REST APIs and software integrations, troubleshooting technical and data issues, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless data and system interoperability. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV, experience with API testing tools like Postman or Swagger, and familiarity with authentication protocols such as OAuth and API keys. This position demands an independent professional who can deliver technical services and support with minimal supervision, ensuring high-quality results for software implementations and data processes within the organization.
Responsibilities

Support and maintain REST APIs and software system integrations to ensure smooth functioning and interoperability.
Perform data mapping, validation, and troubleshooting for data feeds to guarantee data accuracy and consistency.
Use API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI to validate API performance and integration points.
Troubleshoot software configurations, integration issues, and data-related problems independently and proactively.
Work with data formats including JSON, XML, and CSV, ensuring correct data transformations and usage.
Apply API authentication mechanisms like OAuth or API keys to secure system integrations.
Write SQL queries and interact with relational databases to extract, manipulate, and validate data as required.
Utilize Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Operate CRM, Salesforce, ticketing, or comparable systems to track and manage support tickets and integration requests.
Communicate effectively in written and verbal English to document technical procedures, write status reports, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Independently deliver agreed technical services and project milestones within the scheduled timelines.
Continuously improve integration processes and recommend solutions for better performance and reliability.
Experience with CRM, Salesforce, ticketing, or comparable systems.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to independently perform agreed technical services and deliverables

Additional Responsibilities / Skills
Support and troubleshoot webhooks, HTTP requests, API responses, logs, and error messages as part of system integrations.
Diagnose issues involving authentication, connectivity, configuration, synchronization, and data processing.
Perform root-cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring technical and integration issues.
Support data transformation, ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, and data-quality control activities.
Work with Python or other scripting languages when needed to automate data processing, testing, troubleshooting, or integration tasks.
Work with or support SaaS platforms and data warehouses as required by integration projects.
Assist with customer onboarding, technical implementation, configuration, testing, and validation activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration configurations, testing results, troubleshooting findings, and resolutions.
Coordinate with customers, software vendors, and technical stakeholders to investigate issues and complete integration deliverables.
Support data feeds and system synchronization between automotive, CRM, SaaS, and other business systems.
Apply appropriate HTTP methods, status codes, authentication, and API communication practices when testing and troubleshooting integrations.
