Job Description

•    2+ Years of Experience on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Implementation and support.

•    End to end implementation experience in Global HR, Compensation, Performance Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Profile Management and Absence management modules.

•    Experience in Creating HCM Extracts and Delivery Options for Extracts.

•    Experience in Creating Custom reports related to Global HR, Performance Management, Compensation, Payroll modules.

•    Experience creating reports using subject areas in Oracle HCM Cloud BI.

•    Excellent experience in Data loading into Oracle HCM Cloud using HCM Data Loader Tool which includes the Workforce structure data, Worker data, Contacts data, Work relationships data, Payroll data and Salary info.

•    Expertise in resolving HCM Data Loader issues and have good understanding on HDL errors.

•    Expertise in working with the Business Analysts and Functional Consultants to gather requirements for reports and integration.

•    Expertise in Fusion security model. Created custom Job and Data roles.

•    Expertise in setting up Approvals for Global HR and Compensation

•    Experience in developing functional and technical design and documentation for Oracle HCM data conversions, interfaces.

•    Created Custom reports as per client requirement across the modules Global HR, Compensation, Goal and performance management.

•    Configured Elements (various types recurring and non-recurring) and Defined Salary Basis

•    Involved in Testing of Core HR and Payroll modules.

•    Worked on Fast formulas and able to write fast formulas individually.

•    Experience in retrieving Data using SQL queries.

•    Worked on databases like SQL Server, Oracle.

•    Excellent written and oral communication, leadership, team management, and people skills.

•    Self-motivated/starter in fast paced environments.
