Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop automation roadmaps and strategies across various business units (BUs), ensuring alignment with strategic account goals. Gain a thorough understanding of client requirements to implement automation effectively within these accounts. Identify and shortlist accounts based on their size and readiness to adopt automation maturity.

Drive the progression of automation maturity in selected accounts, showcasing Wipro’s capabilities to clients and demonstrating clear return on investment (ROI). Ensure all contractual commitments are met by comprehensively understanding project scopes and requirements. Oversee the implementation of necessary software and infrastructure to support automation initiatives.

Establish scalable standards for dashboards and process support systems to enable active monitoring of automation activities. Collaborate with account partners and delivery teams to develop and review Account Automation Plans. Monitor ongoing automation projects, resolving complex escalations related to operations, production, quality control, scheduling, and maintenance.

Provide solutions to persistent automation challenges within development units. Manage access controls to safeguard export-controlled, proprietary, and sensitive project information. Periodically review project progress against plans to ensure successful rollouts.

Stay informed on emerging automation trends, technologies, and methodologies, identifying capability gaps within the team. Maintain strong customer relationships to maximize references and ensure business continuity. Collect and act on customer feedback by aligning internal resources to address any gaps.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) Testing.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks, project management, and client engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex automation projects.
- Experience in developing scalable automation solutions and dashboards for monitoring.
- Capability to handle contractual and compliance requirements related to automation projects.
