We are seeking a Microsoft Copilot Studio Technical Lead with 7 to 12+ years of experience to spearhead the design, development, deployment, and governance of enterprise-grade AI agents and copilots. This role involves working with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI Services, and Generative AI technologies to translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, establish best practices, and ensure the delivery of intelligent automation and conversational AI solutions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead discovery workshops to convert business needs into effective Copilot Studio solution designs.
- Architect enterprise-grade copilots, virtual assistants, and AI agents, defining integration patterns, security controls, and governance frameworks.
- Develop reusable components, accelerators, and best practices to streamline AI solution delivery.
- Oversee the development of conversational AI solutions, including custom topics, agent instructions, skills, plugins, connectors, and integrations.
- Build intelligent workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure services, integrating enterprise applications via Dataverse, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions, and third-party platforms.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards while mentoring developers and citizen developers.
- Lead implementation of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent architectures.
- Configure enterprise knowledge sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure AI Search, and ServiceNow.
- Design orchestration strategies using topics, tools, connectors, MCP integrations, and agent flows to optimize agent performance and response quality.
- Establish AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices, including DLP policies, access controls, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
- Define operational procedures, deployment standards, and lifecycle management processes to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, delivery managers, and customers to lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and enterprise implementations.
- Support effort estimation, solution planning, technical proposal creation, and drive adoption through knowledge transfer and enablement programs.

Required Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Generative AI concepts.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, and RAG architectures.
- Experience working with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and custom connector development.
- Programming skills in one or more languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and solution deployment.
- Proven technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management, customer engagement, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead workshops, architecture discussions, and solution reviews.

This role offers a hybrid work model with opportunities across PAN India. Compensation ranges from INR 130,000 to 150,000 per month, depending on experience. Candidates with 7-10 years of experience are offered INR 130,000 per month, while those with 10-12 years receive INR 150,000 per month.
