We are seeking a skilled vehicle body repair technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing vehicles efficiently and accurately, adhering to established standards and timeframes. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work within a structured operational environment to meet or exceed productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle repairs in accordance with industry standards and within the designated flat rate time.
- Ensure that all assigned body repair tasks are completed following standard operational procedures, specifications, timing, and housekeeping standards.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship to achieve or surpass overall productivity and quality objectives.
- Communicate with management before fitting any major body parts that fall outside routine servicing or repair norms.
- Possess and maintain a complete set of tools required for the job, ensuring they remain in good working condition.
- Properly place all replaced body parts in designated locations and dispose of waste materials responsibly and in compliance with safety regulations.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in vehicle body repair with a strong understanding of repair standards and flat rate time management.
- Ability to follow detailed operational procedures and maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills to effectively advise management on unusual repair requirements.
- Ownership of a complete set of tools necessary for vehicle body repairs, with a commitment to their upkeep.
- Knowledge of proper waste disposal methods and workplace housekeeping standards.
