Key Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly to evaluate damage and determine the scope of repairs needed.
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Apply paint with precision to achieve a finish consistent with the original factory color and texture.
- Install paint protection films and other protective coatings to enhance durability and appearance.
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify that all work meets established standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
