This role involves managing the sales and marketing teams, conducting market research, overseeing brand management, and ensuring that the company's sales targets and marketing initiatives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

  • Set clear, measurable goals and objectives for the sales and marketing teams.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Sales Management:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.

  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet goals.

  • Develop pricing strategies and sales plans to enhance profitability.

Marketing Management:

  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media efforts.

  • Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for growth.

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales and marketing staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members.

  • Encourage professional development and continuous learning within the team.

Customer Relationship Management:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
