We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic IT Help Desk Analyst to join our growing team at Avaib. The ideal candidate will be working with a local and offshore team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing office licenses. 
  • Ordering or taking from inventory new laptop and other hardware for the employee and setting it up. Set-up would include installation of specific applications as well as all user credentials for GMAIL, CRM, Phone system (talk desk), Admin Dashboards etc.
  • When an employee is being on-boarded all paperwork related to their set-up needs to be documented so we know what access and credentials were set up. Set-up of Microsoft office.
  • When an employee has terminated all accounts that were originally created need to be removed and all hardware needs to be returned. Ordering of shopping labels to send to the employee and tracking to ensure all hardware is returned.
  • Managing all inventory (this is related to laptops and other hardware purchased and understanding who has what)
  • Maintaining the Google Workspace console - Ensuring that the alert center is being managed and that all employee emails and distribution lists have been set up. 
  • Available for calls with technicians in the fields to troubleshoot issues with the mobile application and document issues. 
  • Ability to pull reports from the database using SQL queries.  
  • Learning and assisting with studio flows of our phone system and live chat support. 
  • Monitor Antivirus activities in sophos central.
  • Connecting with employees to troubleshoot issues using team-viewer. 
  • Monitoring the software email account and responding to inquiries
  • Assisting with login issues for the admin dashboards and CRMs etc. Required to reset passwords.
  • Manage all IT Jira Tickets in the IT Help Desk Project.
