We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Associate UI UX Designer who is eager to create impactful digital experiences. This role is ideal for a recent university graduate with strong project exposure or a designer with up to 1 year of industry experience and a solid portfolio of case studies. We also encourage candidates who have solved real industry-level problems, even if they don’t have formal project case studies.
Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Design & Communication, Media Science, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
Either:
- A recent graduate with at least 3 strong UI/UX case studies, OR
- Up to 1 year of hands-on experience with 3 to 5 well-documented case studies.
- Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Miro, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and interface best practices.
- Exposure to Design Thinking methodologies.
- Must have good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Know or Willing to Explore:
- Understanding of user research methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, journey mapping).
- Experience working with or contributing to design systems.
- Interest in learning or using tools like Jitter (for motion design) and Spline (for 3D design objects).
- Encourage to learn & Explore AI Tools
