Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Prior experience in customer service preferred, but not required.
  • Ability (and willingness) to work outside of your traditional 9-5. Our team works in 4-week rotating shifts of 8 hours per day.
  • At least 1-year of professional experience.

  • Monitor chat and email queries from Avaza users
  • Run sales demos
  • Test bugs and new features
  • Develop support documentation
  • Support the Product Development
