10Pearls, a global AI-native digital engineering partner, is seeking a seasoned and strategic leader for the role of AVP – People & Culture / Head of Workforce Transformation. This position transcends traditional HR functions by focusing on guiding the company’s workforce and people strategy as it evolves into an AI-first technology services organization. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to executive and delivery leadership, ensuring the workforce adapts in skills, mindset, structure, productivity, and performance to remain competitive in an AI-driven market. The role centers on workforce transformation, capability building, talent quality, performance accountability, organizational effectiveness, and cultivating a culture of high ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Workforce Transformation & Change: Develop and execute a future-ready workforce strategy aligned with the company’s AI-native business model. Identify shifting roles, skill gaps, and workforce requirements. Lead organizational change initiatives and champion the adoption of new work methodologies.
Capability & Talent: Spearhead large-scale upskilling, reskilling, and development programs to build AI-ready capabilities. Enhance talent density by ensuring the right skills are in place to meet future demands. Oversee strategic hiring, redeployment, succession planning, and talent upgrading initiatives.
Performance & Culture: Foster a culture of high performance and ownership with clear expectations and accountability. Strengthen performance management frameworks by aligning metrics with business impact and productivity. Support leaders in proactively managing performance and talent challenges.
Organizational Effectiveness: Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce optimization, and leadership development. Align people structures and capabilities with business and delivery needs. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed talent decisions, including difficult workforce choices when necessary.
Employee Experience & Engagement: Create an environment that encourages ownership, innovation, continuous learning, and accountability. Enhance communication channels and actively gather employee feedback, particularly during periods of significant transformation.
Success Measures: The effectiveness of this role will be measured by workforce capability and AI readiness, talent quality and density, productivity and organizational effectiveness, successful reskilling and redeployment efforts, performance accountability, employee engagement, transformation adoption, and tangible business impact.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in HR or People & Culture, including senior leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in transforming and scaling technology or professional services organizations.
- Expertise in organizational design, talent management, leadership development, and performance management.
- Experience operating within multi-location or global delivery environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to delivery, productivity, and business results.
- Proven ability to collaborate with executive leadership and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience building scalable people systems that avoid unnecessary complexity.
- In-depth understanding of AI-driven workforce transformation and emerging skill requirements.
- High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and a commanding leadership presence.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and continuously evolving environment.
