We are excited to announce an opening in our customer service team, dedicated to supporting our esteemed client within the flower business sector in the UAE.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the front-line support for our client's customers, ensuring their queries are resolved with efficiency and empathy. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards of customer satisfaction that Awidsoft and our clients are known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage large amounts of incoming Whatsapp Messages, customer inquiries & calls with a professional demeanor.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, orders, and requirements
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Requirements:

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Must have a Graduation Degree.
Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices would be beneficial.
