1. Responsible for ensuring adequate coverage of operational activities at all times through scheduling
2. Supervise fulfillment operations in a manner that provides maximum efficiency, accuracy and profitability
3. Develop and optimize the process in area of responsibility.
4. Forecast staffing, workload and performance results to meet business demands for workload and performance results for area of responsibility
5. Prepare, review, and/or analyze business reports, and use information to identify operational improvements (e.g., production, quality, safety).
6. Monitoring and evaluating employees in a timely manner
7. Responsible for targets of own team
8. Training, teaching, coaching (cross training when applicable) of all department employees
9. Report captured metrics to upper management
10. Ensures accuracy and quality of all operations in the fulfillment center
11. Drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve company goals (e.g., production, quality, safety) and implement operational improvements.
