Resonsibilities:
- To encourage, facilitate and support best practice and standardisation within the team.
- Ensuring design quality design & directives are followed.
- Work with team to concept, create and deliver design campaigns (Social Media /Faceboo/Google/instagram, brochures, presentations, graphics, emails, etc)
- Manage schedules of the team.
- Managing team work design and image editing teams.
- Review all materials for content and design to provide the best level of quality and accuracy.
- Taking creative briefs and instructions from marketing team colleagues to produce a variety of marketing materials.
- Ability to simultaneously work on multiple compaigns at any given time.
Skills & Education
- Be able to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Effective supervisory and organizational skills.
- portfolio which demonstrates expertise across a range of platforms.
- Must be proficient using the Adobe Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator are essential).
- Some basic knowledge of HTML & video editing tools including After Effects and Premiere Pro are an advantage).
- Applicants should be prepared to bring a portfolio of work to discuss at interview.
- Strong work ethic, personal accountability & Good interpersonal skills
- Must possess at least a first degree. This degree should be from a design related field such as graphic design.
