AWS Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled AWS Developer/Architect with deep expertise in AWS technologies, particularly in developing REST APIs using API Gateway and Lambda functions in Python. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of AWS deployment architectures, including the design and implementation of multi-region solutions to ensure fault tolerance and business continuity. Experience in building Jenkins pipelines and writing DevOps code to automate infrastructure and deployment processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable AWS-based solutions tailored to business needs.
- Develop REST APIs using AWS API Gateway and Lambda functions, primarily leveraging Python programming skills.
- Implement and optimize AWS deployment architectures to enhance reliability, scalability, high availability, and overall performance.
- Architect and deploy multi-region solutions to ensure fault tolerance and maintain business continuity during outages.
- Build and maintain Jenkins pipelines to automate application development, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Write and maintain DevOps code to support infrastructure automation and streamline deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS services, application integrations, and deployment challenges.
- Stay current with the latest AWS technologies, cloud architecture standards, and industry best practices to continuously improve solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with AWS technologies.
- Strong proficiency in developing REST APIs using AWS API Gateway and Lambda functions, with a focus on Python.
- Solid understanding of AWS deployment architectures and core services, including VPC, EC2, Route 53, S3, and RDS.
- Proven experience designing and deploying multi-region solutions for high availability and fault tolerance.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, CloudFormation templates, AWS SAM, and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer are highly desirable.
- Experience with authentication and authorization technologies such as Auth0 and AWS Cognito is considered an advantage.
