- Manage recruitment and selection process, job posting, short listing, interview, offer letter, appointment letter etc.
- Maintenance of staff probationary confirmations.
- Verification of Antecedents and reference checking of all the employees.
- Maintaining employee’s personal files and update HRIS.
- Drafting notice of obituary, condolence, events and public holidays.
- Supervises and monitors all activities such as attendance, leave, loan etc. issues of all employees (both regular as well as contractual) in accordance with company Policy manual and procedures/agreement with outsource service providers.
- Supervise attendance reports generated through attendance machine system.
- Monitor group life and group health insurance of employees and their dependents, process claims and maintenance of their records. Renewal of life/health insurance on yearly basis.
- Preparing monthly billing and managing addition and deletion of employees from EOBI.
- To keep close coordination with Head of Departments regarding their manpower requirement and smooth working discipline and conduct and monitor HR activities.
- Compliance of SECP circulars regarding mandatory certifications of Sales staff members and HODs.
- Ensures the provision of monthly salaries and manages affairs of outsource staff deputed for work in company and safekeeping of personnel record and ensures of same.
- Handling separation cases, clearance process and final settlement.
- Working on the policies as directed by HOD.
- Assist CEO in preparation of BOD/BHRC working papers and to prepare minutes of the HRC/BHRC committee.
