An international organisation is currently looking for a Virtual Associate who by leveraging virtual tools will help us with the following tasks:
Administrative Support
• Manage and organize emails, calendars, and appointments.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
• Handle data entry, file organization, and documentation tasks.
Communication Management
• Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members.
• Respond to inquiries, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
• Draft and proofread correspondence and documents.
Online Presence Management
• Maintain social media profiles, update content, and engage with followers.
• Support in managing websites, blog posts, or online platforms.
• Conduct research and gather information for various projects.
• Help track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
Sales Communication
• Assist in drafting sales-related correspondence, proposals, and contracts.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support sales representatives with administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars. Coordinate meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
• Follow up with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and after-sales support.
