Business Development Executive

AY Internationals is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is dedicated to developing and implementing effective sales strategies that drive revenue and expand our client base, particularly in the industrial products sector. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in industrial product sales, with a strong ability to present clearly, communicate effectively, and build lasting client relationships. Experience with pump sales is a valuable advantage and will be considered favorably. The Business Development Executive will lead a team of three professionals, guiding them to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service to customers. This position requires a proactive, analytical thinker who can identify market opportunities and create tailored sales solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to forecast sales, analyze customer data, and continuously improve the sales process in alignment with company goals.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Identify, qualify, and generate leads through market research and industry networking efforts.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding and addressing customer needs.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of three sales professionals to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to adapt strategies and improve sales forecasting accuracy.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging, promotional activities, and market positioning.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and maintain market competitiveness.
Deliver regular reports on sales performance, team progress, and market insights to senior management.
