Receptionist and Digital Marketing Executive

AY Internationals is seeking a dedicated and energetic professional to join our team as a Receptionist and Digital Marketing Executive. This hybrid role requires a balance of excellent customer service skills and a creative approach to digital marketing. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing office administration with precision and professionalism. They will also contribute to the companys online presence by creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and supporting various digital marketing campaigns aimed at generating brand awareness and driving engagement. In this role, the individual must combine strong organizational abilities with creativity, using their knowledge in search engine optimization and campaign management to optimize digital content and advertisements effectively. The position requires at least two years of relevant experience and a solid foundation in both office tasks and digital marketing strategies. Although this role does not include team management responsibilities, the candidate should be able to work independently, multitask efficiently, and communicate clearly with different departments and external stakeholders to meet company goals.
Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service and handling inquiries in a professional manner.
Manage all front desk operations including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence to ensure smooth office functioning.
Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy to maintain up-to-date records and assist in daily office administration.
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms to enhance the companys brand image and engage the target audience effectively.
Implement search engine optimization strategies to improve website visibility and increase organic traffic.
Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, ensuring that campaigns align with marketing goals and budgets.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and generate regular reports to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support marketing initiatives and maintain consistent messaging across all channels.
Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage marketing data, track results, and support reporting requirements.
Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance marketing efforts.
