Sales Representative

Azad Talent is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on engaging potential customers through lead generation and sales prospecting, primarily involving outbound activities such as cold calling. The Sales Representative works independently without managing a team, ensuring effective communication with clients and contributing to the companys sales goals during designated work hours. The position requires dedication to working in shifts from 6 pm to 3 am, located at DHA Phase 8. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective clients. This role demands persistence, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach to convert prospects into satisfied customers, upholding Azad Talents commitment to quality service and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to generate new sales opportunities and engage potential clients.
Identify and qualify leads through sales prospecting strategies and targeted outreach.
Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and customer interactions using company CRM tools.
Develop and sustain strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team revenue goals.
Work during designated shift hours, ensuring availability and responsiveness during 6 pm to 3 am.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations focused on product or service benefits.
Identify customer objections and answer queries effectively to facilitate sales closure.
Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback from market interactions and improve sales approaches.
Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to enhance sales performance.
Follow company guidelines and ethical standards during all sales activities.
