We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our customer service team as a CS Officer for our e-commerce business. As a CS Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers on online platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other marketplaces. You will be working during the night shift to ensure that our customers receive timely and efficient support around the clock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems in a timely and efficient manner via email, chat, and phone.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues related to product returns, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Manage and process customer orders, including tracking, updating order status, and processing payments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to online platform customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably on online platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts.
