- Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of all hospital electrical systems including HT/LT Panels, Transformers, Generators, UPS, Solar Systems, HVAC System and Internal wiring.
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all electrical equipment’s.
- Ensure readiness of backup power systems at all times and conduct regular testing and load management of generators.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, hospital SOPs, and local regulatory requirements and coordinate electrical safety audits and inspections.
- Lead, train, and supervise electrical team and prepare duty rosters and ensure 24/7 electrical support coverage as well as evaluate staff performance and recommend training or disciplinary actions when required.
- Coordinate with biomedical, civil, and IT departments for integrated facility management.
