Azure Administrator

IT Guiders is seeking an experienced Azure Administrator to join our on-site team in Lahore, working EST hours. This role is ideal for a cloud enthusiast passionate about building resilient, secure, and scalable infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
- Manage & Optimize: Provision Azure resources, configure virtual networks, and maintain highly available and efficient cloud environments following industry best practices.
- Secure & Protect: Implement stringent security controls, manage disaster recovery plans and backups, and enforce Zero Trust security principles to protect critical assets.
- Troubleshoot & Resolve: Monitor system performance proactively, identify and resolve configuration conflicts, service outages, and connectivity issues to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Collaborate & Document: Work closely with cross-functional engineering and security teams to align infrastructure goals, while maintaining clear and comprehensive runbooks and documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Cloud Administration, specifically managing Azure resources such as virtual machines, storage, and networking, along with traditional system administration skills.
- Strong expertise in network security, including configuring firewalls, VPNs, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity management solutions.
- Proficiency in automation and monitoring tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate within a dynamic team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
