We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Azure & Microsoft 365 Cloud Administrator to oversee, monitor, and optimize our cloud infrastructure and enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive practical experience with Microsoft Azure administration, along with strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune. This role demands a proactive approach to monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing secure, scalable cloud solutions that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage Microsoft Azure resources, including Virtual Machines (VMs), storage accounts, virtual networks, and related services.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and availability to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime.
- Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including user management, licensing, and security configurations.
- Manage Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) for identity and access management, ensuring secure authentication and authorization processes.
- Configure and support Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance policies, and application deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure and service issues promptly to minimize business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable, secure cloud solutions that meet business requirements.
- Maintain documentation of cloud configurations, policies, and procedures to support operational continuity.
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and best practices to continuously improve cloud environment efficiency and security.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure administration, including managing VMs, storage, and networking components.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and security features.
- Expertise in Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and access management.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and security compliance.
- Solid understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Ability to proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud infrastructure issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert are highly desirable.
