We are seeking a skilled Azure Cloud Engineer with 5 to 6 years of practical experience in designing, managing, and optimizing secure, scalable, and cost-effective Microsoft Azure environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, identity and access management, networking, and automation, with a focus on delivering robust solutions that meet business needs while ensuring security and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services to support business applications and workloads.
- Manage identity and access using Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring secure and compliant access controls.
- Configure and optimize Azure networking components such as Virtual Networks (VNets), subnets, Network Security Groups (NSGs), and private endpoints.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates to enable repeatable and consistent environment provisioning.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Azure infrastructure using Azure Monitor and Application Insights to ensure high availability and performance.
- Enforce cloud security best practices, access management, and governance policies to protect organizational assets.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Azure infrastructure, networking, identity, and deployment.
- Ensure Azure architecture supports scalability, availability, and reliability requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure and cloud engineering roles.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure infrastructure and core services.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID and identity/access management solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure networking, including VNets, subnets, NSGs, and private endpoints.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline creation and automated deployment workflows.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Familiarity with Azure Monitor and Application Insights for performance monitoring and diagnostics.
- Solid understanding of cloud security principles, access management, and governance frameworks.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex Azure infrastructure, networking, and deployment challenges.
- Strong grasp of Azure architectural concepts related to scalability, availability, and reliability.
